Managers, especially new ones, need a lot of support. ScaleJOY will create a management onboarding experience custom to your company and leadership values. As new managers join your company or are elevated into these roles, they will receive clear expectations & support to be successful.
Peer Coaching Circles
Managing people is tough. And some of the best teachers are our peers. ScaleJOY will provide a framework for how to build, communicate and execute peer coaching circles, and also will provide a recommended curriculum/cadence for the circles. These small group coaching sessions will provide a support system for real-life, day to day problem solving and also strengthen the collective management culture of the company.
Real World Workshops
People management is a journey that never ends. ScaleJOY has a series of real-world workshops that are facilitated virtually to global audiences. Workshops are highly interactive and 2 hours or less, allowing your managers to get bite-sized development. Topics include Leading Managers, Motivation through Delegation, Giving & Receiving Feedback, to name a few.
1:1 Coaching
Coaches make good performers great. Coaches also reinforce what managers learn and help them apply it to their day to day. ScaleJOY coaching creates connectivity between the other elements of the leadership development program, and personalizes it to the individual.
Train-the-Trainer Certifications
You likely have some incredible managers within your company today. In order to scale your leadership development program, you need your best managers to teach, and your People team to reinforce as coaches. There are two train-the-trainer tracks - one for managers across the company, and one for the HRBP or People team.
